Thermoforming is a process of manufacturing
where a plastic sheet is heated to a particular temperature
so that it could form a specific shape, and trimmed
to create a usable product. The thermoforming sheets,
or film when referring to small granules, is heated
in an oven to a high temperature that it can be stretched
into or onto a mold and cooled to a finished shape.
These thermoforming pvc have low internal
stresses and therefore have good physical properties.
Gets mold in a short duration and therefore is easy
to perform.
